I INTRODUCE MYSELF

Everything is resource

A return to my roots... I’m the result of a mixture of stories. Mine are Provencal/Italian and Breton. The guideline of my family history was based on consumption limited to the strict needs of each person, because it was necessary to preserve, repair and transmit know-how, customs and family objects, by tradition, necessity but also because it’s important to know where we come from in order to build ourselves.

I grew up in the second half of the 20th century which was the period when having more and more allowed you to be. This frenzied overconsumption, of having for the sake of having, of throwing away even if the object was still in working order or to show off its success, has contributed to a loss of meaning. In recent years, an awareness of current generations is lighting a new era. In the form of a need to preserve resources, they have a truly responsible approach where old objects are valued because they are still functional or have a story that speaks to them.

I totally find myself in this new mode of consumption.

It is in a stated desire to return to my deep values ​​to ultimately give meaning to my actions that La Ressourcière MC was born!

Everything is a resource, right? A piece of furniture, an object can be restored, transformed, reused. Bearing scars, symbols of their experiences, they wander through garage sales, the local recycling center or in the back of a garage, abandoned to anyone willing to give them another chance.

All the furniture you will find on my site appealed to me.  It's your turn to have a crush. Their names are Léon, Augustin, Eulalie or even Eugénie and many others will follow. An old name, because they are, but still relevant today! I also renovate your furniture.

My concept also extends to the creation of collage paintings from old magazines. Go see the MCArt tab... Creating these paintings allows me to follow my philosophy to the end. Everything is a resource, right?

Finally, furniture means tableware and decoration. Also embellish your table every day or for special occasions during a meal with friends or family with old tableware that carries history and is timeless.
